You putting air in my shock really helped. No more backache.

There was definitely at least one section where I wanted an motor, but the upside is I'm now convinced I'd struggle with some of theonger rides with an eBike

We all have them sections, heck, we even sometimes have full days of them, but that's still epic work fella

Thanks. Was trying to get over 500m climbing. Hoping to work towards 1km climb this year. I know that's probably pie in the sky, but its great to reach for the stars etc 😀

Not sure what bike you're riding there Docca but there's some tasty MTB trails just off the canal between Bisley and Deepcut if that's your thing.

In fact there's a huge amount of MTB trails around for there but the MOD are busy fencing them all off

FoD today and i had a bloody brilliant day.

The trails were running lovely, i was with a bunch of mates and we all had a blast.

On a personal note, i did the drop at the end of the skills area that has been my nemesis. I've attempted it about 20 times before, but never had the balls, today first run i bottled it late, then went up again and did it !!!! BADLY !!!! was landed safely, but it was sketchy !!!

Next try i got it better and was really happy. Sadly I didn't quite clear the full road gap, but that'll come, i'll get there.

I've been riding on a off for the last few years but working from home means I get home early enough to ride with the guys from our little town of an evening in the Mendips.

Really enjoying the XC but I get rinsed by my mates on full sus bikes on the downhill sections.

I think the next purchase is going to be a dropper post!

I used to think a dropper post was needless bling and then I tried one. Sod riding without one now.
