Early days I know and still being built, but will this place have any of the above functionality? - I've ever used the last two anywhere, but am interested to know :geek:

Currently not seeing any likes options, but I'm guessing there are add ons. Honest answer is, I don't know.

Functionality for quoting one or more posts when you reply, if I haven’t missed something, apols if I have!

Not seeing it in the current options. But then again, likes were not there either until I added a plug in.

With specific things like this you guys will need to give me a few days to find and then implement etc, if it's actually possible within phpBB of course

Hi weeksy I don’t expect the answers nor solutions to be in place now this minute but if I don’t write them down as I come across them then I’ll forget!!! My bad, it’s an age thing and not any comment on you or any omissions on your part! :D

It wasn't me that complained but I for one am very glad the cheese and pineapple hedgehog is a goner.

It was the very epitome of uncool, and made me cringe every time it appeared, same sort of emotion as seeing someone wearing socks and Polish Jesus sandals at the same time :D

KorkyKat wrote: Mon Mar 16, 2020 10:14 pm I do not like the star rating system. Same as the old place. People use it for vendettas. Seen it too many times. ‘Thank You’ should suffice. Further, ratings mean nothing. Who is making the rating and what criteria are they using?

It’s more fitting for a primary school or cubs outfit than for a site for mature motorcyclists.

Oh, and design wise. It looks very poor. Stands out like a sore thumb.
Fair call.

I'll do a poll on the system tomorrow for 48 hours. If the user base says it stays, cool, if they want rid, that's fine too.
I'm not here to make the decisions on what's good or bad.

Fwiw, I'm happy for criticism as much as plaudits. I don't want people pretending things are great but they're crap. Tell me what's wrong with things and I'll either do my best, or tell you to piss off, but we'll all know where we stand at least.

Any possibilty of adding something to the to-do list? When you click 'like' it takes you to a page that says "thanks for liking this post" then returns you. Not really any need for this IMO.
