Your first post in this thread would suggest it is. I also like this one.

Too tarty for me, and hideous back end- dunno whether it's just the camera angle but it looks like a bike that's designed for going in a straight line only.

Cheesy- this is more like it- we all know you won't spend more than tuppence ha'penny on a new bike and this is right up your street I reckon matey ;)

If I had more space and wanted another project bike, yes, as it's crying out for a Bandit engine and running gear

I don't like them, they feel heavy when riding, probably because they are heavy.

I'm not close friends with all the BSB riders and wasn't in the pub with them last night, but if I had been, we'd probably all have agreed this is the best bike out there. Get it bought or you're well bent!

Not for me, but not the worst bike I've ever seen, is it Nuda in different clothes?

I'd guess it's a GS850 in different clothes.

Gotta say Cheesy, you're even worse than me for bike selection! At least I know I want a middle weight naked.

As for the CBR650 why not just try one? I saw one in the flesh for the first time about 2 weeks ago. Looked really nice and bet it's a great road bike. It's essentially a brand new original CBR6 which lets be honest is probably all 99% of us need.

Surely the fun is in riding a bike ? If not just buy some pictures for the garage wall it’ll be cheaper 👍

Had a look at a CBR650F, I'd have bought it if it wasn't covered in corrosion, my mission is to look for a good condition one, for about £5K - I wasn't going to pay that for a bike with forks that are starting to pit, a corroded rear shock, rusty exhaust etc. But as an overall bike I really liked it, just not that one, the later CBR650R, isn't bad but the F looks nicer, and I definitely want 4 cylinders.

Cbr650 is a nice bike but compared to an MT07 it’s a bit bland, whereas an MT07 is all torque and punches out of corners with a wheelie the cbr isnt and doesn’t. Still a good bike but I prefer fun 👍
