I bought another in blue, sweatshirt style, not hoody, it's being worn and keeping me warm currently :)

The price you see is the price you pay, we don't add any profit on at all.

You can buy directly from Ebay though, would it help if i created more options within Ebay for people. ?

Morning all.

Today is question time. The question is...

Why is the merchandise not more popular ?

Is it down to lack of 'how do i buy it?' or is it down to patterns/colours/logos ? or is it down to something else ?

I don't put anything on the price, i just sell them for the price i'm charged, so i'm not looking to make money from it... but i would like to grow the website/forum and i think Merch helps there.

I've also got them on Ebay... ignoring the price, i can't change that.... but how's the advert ?

Serious question, serious answer.

a) I have too many teeshirts and sweatshirts. I could probably manage the rest of my life without buying another piece of clothing. This weekend I have just given 5 teeshirts the heave ho, mainly because I don't like them much, and have vowed (again!) not to buy any more.

b) the colours are a bit boring. Most blokes seem to like subdued colours, I don't! I like red, yellow, orange, bright blue, even pink!

I may not have shown all the colours... but all of them are possible yes.

To be frank and honest, and whilst not wanting to come across as an asshat,

1; Sizing
2; It raises the potential for someone to associate me with a place I hang out for relaxation
3; You've a limited market, anyone not a member here wouldn't be interested in buying

That's probably nail on head.

I've no ideas how you'd get around that.

Q? That hoodie looks like it has a full length zip but on ebay it says kangaroo pocket. If zipped, I could be tempted. :D

Do you have to carry stock or do they supply to order?

You need to get some young dashing things to wander round wearing them at a bike show. If they saw us lot wearing them people would think it's the provisional wing of SAGA.

1 - Shipping!

TBF, when I'm working I would probably look again. Probably to collect in May!

2 - Sizing (mine!) - currently too much of a biffa to want to buy anything nice. That will change by spring!

Hoodies (full zip) are something I pretty much live in. Not sure that it would help with growing the forum having some mad bint wearing one out in France.

TBF - I've not looked too hard at the options due to the above, but when I can buy, I'll look harder!! :D

That's the great thing, they supply to order. The only downside to this is that i don't have lots of pretty pics of different things in a 'shop' context. But it does mean i don't have ££££ tied up in obscure products with sizes i don't want or need

In terms of Hoodys, there's various options
https://www.tshirtstudio.com/personalised-hoodies

Both me and Welsh Muffin have the Varsity ones which does have a large single pocket
https://www.tshirtstudio.com/personalis ... ity-hoodie

This comes in decent colour options too. I've got the Burgundy/Charcoal, she's got a Pink.

One other thing that might have affected sales: people haven't been out and about much the last 18 months. As that improves, so might sales.

But, with others, I have tons of Ts, fleeces and rugby shirts, and really don't need more (or have space for them).

Cheers. I quite fancy a premium (zipped) hoodie. I guess that means the long logo is out - then there's the colour choices...too many options! I'll speak to my style consultant.

If it's the same as mine, there is no logo on the back. Good heavy quality.

Didn't see that option! The shorter logo on the left will be fine I think. Just size and colour to work out now. :D
