Not sure how you're able to get to http it should auto default to https.

Just tried it on multiple browsers and as i hoped/thought, if i go to HTTP, it auto redirects me to HTTPS. Possibly on yours from when it was first configured and it defaulted to HTTP and because of that yours hasn't changed ?

it's only unsecure if using card transactions etc even if you were using http.

Possibly your DNS was a little out of date.

(If you're not sure what that means - think of it like this: Every now and again your ISP refreshes it's address book of the internet - it might have been using an old copy for some reason).

Hmmm you seem to be correct, but i can't even imagine why that is. Weird.
