The tail tidy on my 950 sm just vibrated loose and wedged itself in between the tyre and the hugger. Hit a bump and a kind of shhhhing noise started. Thought I'd just popped a ear plug loose, it was that kind of noise. Anyway...
Now need a new tail tidy... d'oh.
It wore a groove in the tyre but only a mil or thereabout so not a problem. Got bloody hot though.
Annoying but could have been worse.

It looks like the bolts holding it to the bike threaded in to the aluminium that was tapped to accept them. The bolts are in place and seem to be fixed but the thread looks like it's pulled straight out of the alloy. I didn't fit it but will fit the new one properly.
