I agree. If a man wants to pretend he's a woman that's fine by me. But, as has been said before, if a man wants to pretend he's Napoleon you might humour him and call him "Your Excellency" but you wouldn't put him in charge of the French army and let him invade Russia.

Sometimes it matters, sometimes it doesn't. the trick is working out which is which. If a person has a penis that person is a man no matter what he pretends to be. The correct terminology is "his penis".
