Stuff having covid in Spain. Not allowed to order food in unless it's approved as healthy by a doctor, that will be the doctor's family restaurant then. I have no sympathy for her, must be foolish to go abroad on holiday at the moment

Middle class dramas eh? ;)

'Begging' and 'crying' for water? I'm pretty sure the tap water over there has been safe to drink pretty much everywhere for a couple of decades. Anyway I'd rather chance the shits than dying of thirst first.

As for the food - meh - they thought outside the box and came up with WW2 POW camp stylee solutions with their bedsheet-rope takeaway deliveries. Well done, sounds like a right laugh, you have to make the best of things.

It's inevitable though, people will work to the rules, so if the government allow them to go abroad on holiday under the traffic light laws then that's what they will do.

I bet it's a hell of a shock to this lady to scream "I know my rights" and find that the authorities there don't immediately give in to her.
She'll be able to tell everyone about it on UK daytime TV when she gets back.
Mrs had a passenger to Cuba test positive on arrival. As you can expect the Cuban authorities don't really GAF about your so called 'Rights' you do as they say. She was treated fine, but made the whole thing sound like she'd been sent to the Hanoi Hilton and demanded refunds, compensation and all sorts. People have a massive sense of entitlement.

Supposed to be off to Santorini for a week on Saturday. If it all goes tits up, I'm guessing food parcels won't be coming from this direction...

I made the health issues perfectly fucking clear. Some people are just too fucking stupid comprehend what is written right in front of their face. Fuck off cunt. hth.

So far I've been suspended after being accused or racism for calling out racist behavior & a second time in the middle of a discussion for not discussing things. Maybe the next version of VD will have a sober admin instead of weeksy. I'm fucking done with his idiocy.

The Aussies seem to have missed a huge opportunity to vaccinate everybody while they had a very low infection rate, having 'locked down in time' early last year, and now be sitting pretty as a good example of how to do it right.

Until they get their vaccination program steaming ahead they'll be in a state of perpetual lockdowns. One man's 'effective lockdown policy' is another man's 'somebody coughs and, fuck me sideways, the state shuts down again'.
