A few years ago, I and a mate bought a pair of SMH10s and initially they were OK, but on a wet trip to Scotland mine failed with water ingress. I could actually shake the stuff out from the unit. My mates failed the next day with the same problem. Sena do not advertise these as waterproof with an IP...

I have used a Scottoiler in the past and still have a nearly new one, but I just did not fancy hacking into the Ninja 1000 to find a vacuum feed. This one is neat and easy to apply oil when I want, plus I just use a mixture of gear oil and engine oil which I always seem to have. Price wise the cost ...
